Hey YOUTHOPEANITES! As you know the challange for this week for the DIET DIARY is EATING THE WORD OF GOD! And the 3 attributes to measure our progress are: 1. Quantity – Memorise 7 verses 2. Quality – Read your Bible at least 2 times a day 3. Usage – Did I apply what I read today or previously?

Challenge: 1. Care for one person this week [the person that was assigned to you] For example: - Phone call - Email - Coffee - Card - Dinner - Listening ear
2. Care for 2 people outside of Youthopea and Share with them - Share Jesus with them - Your experiences etc..
Challenge: 1. Give something to someone that you have never given before & believe that God will bless them [odd number] 2. Give to God something you have never given before [even number] 3. Give to someone and God something you have never given before [1, 10, 20, 30, 40 ,50, 60 etc...]
Luke 6:38 Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you."
